Many of us are saving email messages to the server so that we can download our email to Outlook and other devices (i.e our phone or iPad). If you are saving email messages to the server but not deleting old email, you risk maxing out your email account quota causing email to bounce back to the sender!

When we create contact areas on a client's website, we prefer to develop contact forms instead of linking to an email account since using a contact form helps do away with unwanted email solicitations. Contact forms are then sent from the server to our client's designated email address.
